Delivery terms
Confectionery products are delivered from Monday to Saturday, gifts from Monday to Friday, and flowers all week from Monday to Sunday. The goods offered on the e-torty website are not delivered on public holidays, except when the order form allows for the selection of a given date. MyShop offers the possibility of delivering traditional cakes within 24 hours. The condition is the payment of the order (credited to the account) by 1 p.m. on the day preceding the date of delivery. The flowers can even be delivered on the same day *. Pastries not included in the offer of traditional cakes are carried out as quickly as possible in 48 hours or 72 hours - the relevant information can also be found in the details in the product description.
Shipments withlocal products are delivered by couriers of MyShop subcontractors. MyShop always informs the subcontractors about the time interval chosen by the customer in order to deliver the shipment to the addressee on time. However, please remember that the delivery times are approximate - MyShop does not guarantee delivery within the given time period due to many factors beyond the control of MyShop and subcontractors that may affect the courier's route.
The gifts are delivered to the recipient in separate shipments by DHL courier. In their case, the delivery date selected on our website is the preferred, i.e. not guaranteed, date. Shipments are sent a day before the date you choose, as 97% of courier companies deliver shipments on the next business day. Despite our efforts, it happens that due to a sorting error in the courier company, the recipient's absence, failure to indicate the recipient's telephone number or other random events, the shipment is slightly delayed and arrives on the next business day. However, this is still the statutory time of guaranteed delivery. When delivering by DHL courier, it is not possible to specify a specific delivery time, but after your parcel has shipped, you will receive a link to track it, and DHL couriers usually take into account whether the delivery address is a private home or a business address.
