How can I pay for my order?
You can pay with Credit Card (via Internet and by telephone), money transfer on the bank account. You will find more information in Terms and Conditions - payment methods.

How fast can you deliver the order?
It depends on selected product (universal, personalized product), choosen delivery options (courier, pickup) and on individual delivery conditions established for selected bakery shop (bakery shop from which offer you've choosen the bakery product and the delivery). Typically, the contract may be executed on the same or next day, at the latest within 48 hours. Possible date and time of delivery is shown under shopping cart summary - "Select delivery options."

Can I be sure that my order will be delivered in selected hours?
Delivery hours are NOT guaranteed and they stand for approximate time of delivery. Our bakery shops usually contact recipient by phone to set suitable delivery time. 

How long before the planned delivery date should I make an order?
It is advised to make an order 2 or 3 days in advance.

Are orders delivered on Sunday?
It depends on individual delivery conditions established for selected bakery shop (bakery shop from which offer you've choosen the bakery product and the delivery). Possible date and time of delivery is shown under shopping cart summary - "Select delivery options."

What happens when bakery shop can't reach recipient at given address?
Our bakery shop usually contacts recipient by phone to set suitable delivery time. If still recipient can't be reached at delivery address our confectioner leaves a card with their contact and information that they attempted to deliver. Shortly after the recipients contacts the bakery shop another delivery is made. 

How will I know that products were delivered?
Go4Cake does not assure the acknowledgement of receipt. In some cases getting the acknowledgement can take a lot of time. If you want to know if the recipient received the ordered products, mark it in "Special directions" field in order-form.

What is happening with the data I am giving?
Go4Cake put much attention to data security. Data is specially protected and secured from third parties.

Can the recipient check who placed the order?
If the ordered products are supposed to be a sweet surprise (the orderer is not the recipient), the recipient will know who the orderer is only if you write it in the message. No information about the orderer is given to recipient.
