A variation of our Confectionery Masters on a classic, christmas poppy seed cake. This proposal is a real show of fantasy and skill that will delight everyone. In its unusual interior you will find a layer of almond sponge cake with Van Houten cocoa, a cheese layer with vanilla, a poppy seed layer (walnuts, raisins, orange peel, honey, rum). The bottom of the cake is made of brownie sponge and the top is wrapped in an orange ganache with a white chocolate star, poppy seeds, and slices of gingerbread crunch.
