The orders made by telephone, fax or in person are recognized as binding.

If needed, bakery shop employees will be more than happy to help you make changes in your order. It is possible to be done inside XXX hours after placing it. If extraordinary circumstances occur (ex. XYZ), it is possible to make changes in the order inside XXX hours after placing it. To do it you need to contact (by telephone, fax or e-mail) the bakery shop executing your order.

Cancellation of an order is possible prior to beginning of its preparation. To determine the status of the order, please contact the bakery shop.
