The company MyShop Sp. z o.o. as the administrator of personal data takes care of their security. They are particularly protected and secured against unauthorized access.

1. Why do we collect personal data and what do we do with it?

MyShop Sp. z o.o. only uses personal data that you provide directly. This may be the result of, for example, placing an order in our online store.

We use, among others, the following data:
- name and address of the sender and recipient;
- telephone number;
- billing address;
- e-mail address;
- payment information;
- IP address.

We need information about the delivery address so that we can deliver your order to you or to the person you want to make a gift for. You can also register as a customer. In addition to the personal data you provide, we also save the username you choose. This is very useful as it will save you the hassle of having to enter data every time. Our portal also allows you to enter and adjust these settings yourself.

2. Security

All information you provide to us is protected by the most modern techniques. We do not pass them on unreasonably to anyone. If it is necessary to disclose your data to third parties (in section 5 you can read why), we require the company to process your data as securely as we do, and for the same purpose.

3. Retention periods

We store personal data for as long as is necessary to process your order. Then we store them for our own use for a maximum of five years (see point 4). After this period, the personal data will be deleted, unless we have to keep it for legal reasons. Example? We are required by law to keep your payment information for seven years.

4. Objectives

We use the data we receive from you for the following purposes:
- delivery of the order
- advertising our own products (your data will never be sold to other business entities or used to promote other products than those that are part of the e-torty.pl offer)
- newsletter / SMS (You can subscribe to our newsletter / SMS information. Thanks to this you will always be informed about our offers, promotions and news. You do not want to receive the newsletter / SMS any longer? You can always unsubscribe via the link provided in one of our newsletters)
- questions (If you have a question about an order, please contact us by email or phone)
- location data (To help you even more, we sometimes need to collect your location data (GPS). If we need it, we will ask for your permission)

5. Third Parties

In some cases, we may share data with companies we work with, the so-called "third parties". These companies help us to properly service your orders and only advertise our products.

Providers of navigation / mapping software such as Google Maps may store and process location data. It is also possible that the data is used by Google or Apple. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this, so if you would like to learn more about this, see the privacy policy of the companies mentioned.

If you create a customer account with us or place an order, we only disclose data related to your username to third parties if necessary for the enactment of the contract, advertising only our products or if we have to do so for legal reasons. A case of fraud or abuse of our website is a good example. In this case, personal data will be transferred to the relevant authorities.

We want to make sure that you can use our website in the best possible way and as personally as possible. Therefore, we use statistical services such as Google Analytics to see how you use our website. Personal data may be transferred to third countries (outside countries belonging to the European Union) in connection with the delivery of Products ordered by customers.

Our website may contain links to other websites. We have no control over these websites and cannot guarantee that companies will treat your data as securely as we do. We recommend that you read their privacy policy before using them.

In order to inform you about our use of your personal data in the best possible way, we update this privacy policy from time to time. Therefore, we recommend reading it regularly.

10. Viewing, changing, deleting data or other matters

You can send a request to view, edit, delete or transfer your personal data. For example, you can check if your details are correct.
